integrated production support
FROM IDEA TO GARMENT PRODUCTION

Strong textile design requires technical clarity to ensure the final garment reflects the original intent. Print scale, placement, and construction details must work together for a collection to move smoothly into production.
Integrated Production Support extends the print development process into technical execution. For clients developing custom prints or capsule collections with The Textilist, this service aligns artwork with garment specification through tech packs, technical flats, and optional 3D sampling and fit visualization. You receive structured documentation and visual alignment that supports efficient sampling and confident production.

3D SAMPLING & FIT VISUALIZATION

3D Sampling & Fit Visualization enables you to see your design digitally first — before fabric is ever cut. By visualizing your garment on a digital avatar, you can identify fit issues, adjust proportions, and see how the fabric moves in real time.
This service allows you to test multiple design iterations quickly, without the waste and cost of physical samples. Your pattern is virtually sewn and fit on a customized 3D avatar, allowing you to identify and adjust fit issues early in the process. By starting with a digital prototype, you save time, reduce material waste, and lower carbon emissions.

features
The 3D Sampling & Fit Visualization service involves uploading your patterns into CLO 3D to create a digital prototype. The sample is then fit on a customized avatar in your brand's sample size, making adjustments to fit, proportion, and design details as needed. The service also tests the movement, drape, and overall appearance of your design, ensuring it looks and performs as intended before moving to physical samples.
included in the 3D SAMPLE & FIT VISUALIZATION:
-
3D prototype, including a digital representation of your selected fabrics
-
Video call to conduct the fit session on a customized avatar in your brand’s sample size
-
Fit notes taken during the call and pattern adjustments made based on feedback
-
Updated 3D prototype reflecting fit adjustments
-
Visuals for tech packs, sourcing partners, and internal review
-
Digital representations that can be used for presentations to buyers
